Overview

This multimedia presentation is designed to introduce students to the four fragrance families (woody, floral, amber, fresh). The presentation introduces the fragrance wheel, a visual compendium of the fragrance families and subfamilies. Additionally, the presentation provides detailed information about each family and subfamily, including common notes, scent descriptors, and popular fragrances. There are several interactive activities (matching, tabs, flashcards) to ensure learner engagement and retention. 

Purpose/Audience

This presentation is designed for newly hired sales associates working in a fragrance department. The purpose of the presentation is to orient new sales associates to the fragrance families and build solid background knowledge in fragrance types and notes. 

Process

To create this presentation, I completed a storyboard that broke down intended content and interactions for each section. Next, I collected media from Unsplash, ensuring I used royalty-free images only. I then built the presntation in Articulate Rise. Finally, I completed an accessibility check by ensuring that all images had alt text and all text included within the pages used correct format and style.
